Job description

Paramverse Bio Pvt. Ltd. is building India's next great bio company, with a focus on biological agriculture. Founded in 2024 and part of Paramverse Group, it develops and sells indigenous microbial formulations under the DHARITRI SUTRA™ brand. The portfolio spans 21 registered products across three lines: RAKSHAK (bio-protection), POSHAK (bio-nutrition), and AMRITAM (export-grade compliance).

Every product is delivered through the \"Doctor of Soil\" model: a certified agronomist, a personalised prescription, and data to show whether it worked. Paramverse Bio is live across nine Indian states in Phase 1 (FY27), with 48 territories, institutional-grade manufacturing, and field-to-export traceability.

What You Will Own

Business programme management. Translate Paramverse Bio’s business priorities into structured programmes, workplans, milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes. Help ensure that strategic initiatives move from planning to disciplined execution.

On-ground programme execution. Work closely with sales, agronomy, operations, marketing, and territory teams to drive programme implementation across markets. Track field activities, adoption, dependencies, and delivery against agreed plans.

MIS and performance analytics. Build and maintain clear management information systems, dashboards, trackers, and review reports. Turn operational data into actionable insights on progress, gaps, delays, productivity, and business performance.

Accountability and review cadence. Set up regular programme reviews with clear action points, owners, due dates, and escalation mechanisms. Follow through with stakeholders and help ensure that commitments are completed on time.

Planning and coordination. Develop integrated programme calendars, coordinate cross-functional tasks, monitor interdependencies, and keep teams aligned on priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.

Problem solving and escalation. Identify execution bottlenecks early, investigate root causes, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues. Escalate material risks with facts, options, and recommended actions.

Strategic and commercial support. Support leadership initiatives across strategy, finance, marketing, and programme management through structured analysis, business reviews, research, presentations, and decision-support materials.

Process discipline and documentation. Maintain programme documentation, standard templates, review notes, action logs, and operating dashboards. Help build repeatable ways of working as Paramverse Bio expands across territories.

Leadership support. Provide concise and reliable updates to business leadership, highlighting what is on track, what requires intervention, and where decisions or cross-functional support are needed.

What We Are Looking For

Experience. 0–2 years of experience. High-potential fresh graduates and early-career professionals with strong analytical and execution skills are encouraged to apply.

Academic background. MBA/PGDM or equivalent management education, ideally from an IIM or another leading management institute, with a focus on strategy, finance, marketing, operations, or programme management.

Structured problem solving. Able to break ambiguous business objectives into workstreams, milestones, measurable outputs, and clear next steps.

Analytical and MIS skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build structured trackers, analyse data, and communicate findings clearly. Familiarity with dashboards or BI tools is an advantage.

Ownership and follow-through. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable following up with multiple stakeholders to drive closure rather than only reporting status.

Communication and stakeholder management. Able to communicate confidently with leadership and field teams, prepare crisp updates, and coordinate across functions without losing sight of business priorities.

Execution mindset. Comfortable with a hands-on role that combines analysis, coordination, field exposure, and operational problem solving in a growing business.

Nice to Have

Internship or project experience in management consulting, a PMO, business operations, strategy, or a founder-led/growth-stage organisation.

Exposure to agriculture, agri-inputs, biologicals, agritech, FMCG, or other businesses with distributed field teams.

Experience creating management dashboards, project trackers, operating reviews, or performance scorecards.

Comfort with data visualisation or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
