Job summary

Sumcon Infraventures Pvt Ltd in Madhya Pradesh is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead railway infrastructure projects. You will manage end-to-end civil execution, schedules, budgets, and safety compliance at project sites.

The role requires a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years in railway/infrastructure projects, with strong leadership and contract-management skills. Based at project sites in Madhya Pradesh, travel to sites will be expected.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in Railways/Infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of railway civil works, project execution, planning, and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to be based at project sites in Madhya Pradesh.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of railway civil infrastructure projects.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, resources, manpower, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
• Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular MIS/progress reports for management.
• Identify project risks, resolve site-level issues, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and statutory requirements.
• Manage billing, measurements, documentation, and project-related commercial activities.
• Lead and coordinate site engineering and execution teams.
