The role encompasses end-to-end planning, execution, site supervision, and coordination with government authorities, clients, and consultants, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.Tech preferred.
• 20+ years in construction with 5–7 years in PM roles.
• Hands-on experience with Government Residential Housing Projects (PMAY, 2BHK, G+3/G+5).
• Strong knowledge of IS codes, tender conditions, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Overall planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of residential building projects.
• Liaison with government departments, clients, and consultants for approvals and billing.
• Site supervision of manpower, subcontractors, materials, quality, safety, and timelines.
• Review drawings, BOQ, and structural designs for compliance.
• Manage costs, MIS reporting, contracts, RA bills, and variations.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures and safety on site.
• Lead and coordinate engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
• Provide progress updates to client and senior management.

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of residential building projects. The ideal candidate must have 20+ years of experience, with proven track record in Government residential projects and end-to-end handling of both technical and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Overall planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of residential building projects from inception to handover.
• Government Projects: Liaison with government departments, clients, and consultants for approvals, inspections, billing, and compliance.
• Site Management: Supervise all site activities, manpower, subcontractors, material, and ensure quality, safety, and timelines.
• Technical Oversight: Review drawings, BOQ, structural designs, and ensure execution as per technical specifications and IS codes.
• Cost & Contract Management: Monitor project costs, prepare MIS reports, handle contracts, RA bills, and variations.
• Quality & Safety: Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure adherence to safety norms on site.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate engineers, supervisors, and other site staff.
• Client Coordination: Regular coordination with client, consultants, and senior management for progress updates.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. M.Tech / preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 20+ years in construction, with at least 5-7 years in Project Manager role.
