Job summary

Greytip Software Private Limited is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead development initiatives in Rajasthan. The role focuses on planning and delivering multiple projects, coordinating diverse teams and ensuring compliance with government partnerships and waste management objectives.

You will build strong relations with Government departments, monitor budgets and drive capacity-building efforts for local stakeholders, NGOs and communities in urban and rural settings.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate degree in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Development / Waste Management / Environment / Climate Change.
• Experience working with State Governments and SWM projects in rural/urban settings.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage delivery of multiple projects in line with project goals and objectives.
• Coordinate program activities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with Government of Rajasthan departments and relevant stakeholders.
• Execute plans to scale up Saahas’s work across Rajasthan.
• Design and manage project monitoring and evaluation systems.
• Guide, monitor and provide regular feedback to Project Coordinators.
• Develop project evaluation frameworks and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage client/partner communication, reporting and documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures and cash flow.
• Support recruitment and selection of qualified project staff.
• Engage with Government Departments, NGOs and community stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Support development of project collaterals such as posters, pamphlets and short films.
• Conduct volunteer and employee engagement activities.
• Train local stakeholders on Sustainable Waste Management
