Job summary

Qualifications

Role:- Project Officer- 1 Position

Job Description:

• Plan, facilitate, and execute community/ward-level meetings.
• Organize mass awareness campaigns, prepare IEC materials, conduct rallies, and implement school engagement plans.
• Supervise, support, and monitor supervisors and waste pickers.
• Form residential committees and maintain records as per the standard format.
• Collect reports from supervisors and submit them to the Project Manager.
• Ensure effective waste collection along designated routes and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Train and motivate waste pickers and supervisors.
• Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.
• Identify community leaders and organize meetings for Mohalla Committees and, as per ULB/GP/partner instructions, support and ensure User Fee collection.
• Data entry and reporting.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Supporting other project-related field activities as required.

Experience:- 3 to 5 years of experience in waste management, school wash programs.

Qualification:- Graduate/Postgraduate in Rural Development, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Skills Required:-

• b. Good communication skills in Telegu; basic English and reporting ability preferred.

Remuneration:- CTC Between- Rs.25,000/- PM- Rs.30,000/-PM, travel extra as per project norms.
