Vassar Labs is seeking an Onsite Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial requirements to final delivery. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution, and actively identifying business growth opportunities through strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of project management experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to conduct technical presentations effectively. The position requires working from the office in India and collaborating with clients to generate continuous business.

Job description

We are looking for Onsite Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial
requirements to final delivery. This role requires bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Beyond project management, you will handle client negotiations, conduct technical presentations, and actively identify opportunities to grow the business through strong relationship management

Responsibilities:

• Able to manage the entire scope of the project right from scratch.
• Should be able to Coordinate with customers on deliverables
• Good in Coordinating between development team and customer and other stakeholders
• Perform negotiations with customer on project activities
• Experience on project management, requirements gathering and analysis
• Coordinating with the team on a daily basis to understand the entire process followed and to know more about the queries if faced and to consult them to make the process or project work better
• Maintaining client relationships for excellent service and generate frequent business.
• Develop effective working interaction with clients (existing and new) through regular meetings to identify and obtain or create further business opportunities.
• Client visits for technical presentations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, Training and Capacity Building skills
• Someone with good client facing skills and technical who can support the project after the development but help in development and coordination also is required.
• Understanding and good knowledge on entire SDLC is preferred but not mandatory, should be good at problem solving skills
• Should be willing to work 6 days in a week.
