Job summary

Voiceoc Innovations is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT projects from planning through delivery at our Noida office. You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors, define scopes, manage risks, and ensure success criteria are met.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in IT project management, strong communication, and a solid grasp of software development. PMP certification is preferred, with a commitment to quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of project management experience in information technology.
• Solid technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution.
• Ensure on-time, within scope and within budget project delivery.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders and ensure feasibility.
• Manage resource availability and detailed project planning.
• Track progress and manage changes to scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure performance and report/escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships and perform risk management.
• Create comprehensive project documentation and liaise with engineers to resolve issues.

Job description

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

The candidate must have 4-6 years of experience in the domain. The responsibilities include:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalated to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers, QA. etc) and communicate bug findings effectively
• Work closely with engineers to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Show flexibility and ready to occasionally work within tight deadlines
• Assist with constantly reviewing and evolving processes

Requirements:

• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
• Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands‑on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi‑tasking skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
