Job summary

Crestech Software Systems in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Project Manager to bridge business stakeholders and technology delivery teams. You will drive requirement discovery, project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful and timely delivery.

In this role, you will lead requirement-gathering discussions, document business needs, define plans, track progress, and coordinate testing and deployment while maintaining clear client communication.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in project management, business engagement, or technology delivery.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in a client-facing environment.
