Job summary

Algoworks is seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years of IT project/delivery management to own end-to-end delivery for US-based customers and cross-functional teams.

You will drive planning, governance, and agile ceremonies, while improving delivery outcomes through AI-led SDLC practices and strong stakeholder engagement across Engineering, QA, Cloud and Data teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project/Delivery Management experience.
• Experience managing US-based customers and distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and the software development lifecycle.
• Exposure to GenAI, AI-assisted development or AI-led SDLC preferred.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks and dependencies.
• Serve as a key point of contact for US-based customers, managing day-to-day communication, expectations, escalations and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead project planning, sprint execution, governance, status reporting and delivery reviews.
• Build strong customer relationships and proactively identify delivery concerns, priorities and opportunities.
• Manage distributed, cross-functional teams across Engineering, QA, Cloud, Data/AI and other practices.
• Maintain project plans, backlogs, milestones and delivery metrics using Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar tools.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure strong execution discipline.
• Track project financials, utilization and resource requirements.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies and bottlenecks proactively.
• Drive adoption of AI-led SDLC, automation and AI-assisted engineering practices to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Support broader practice-level delivery governance, resource planning and cross-project dependencies.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value and contribute to account growth.

Role overview

We are looking for a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to own end-to-end project delivery, customer engagement and execution. The role will involve regular interaction with US-based customers, cross-functional delivery teams and broader delivery management across practices,

with a focus on AI-led engineering.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and the software development lifecycle.
• Good understanding of software engineering, QA, cloud and modern application development.
• Exposure to GenAI, AI-assisted development or AI-led SDLC preferred.
• Strong ownership, execution focus and commercial awareness.

Must have skills:

• 5+ years of IT Project/Delivery Management experience in software engineering/IT services.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum project management, sprint planning and end-to-end delivery.
• Proven experience managing US-based customers, stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear or similar project management tools.

Good have skills:
