Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead AI-enabled client deployments from Gurugram. You will architect delivery plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams across geographies, and ensure scope, budget, and timelines are met.

You will run weekly syncs, document decisions, and foster collaboration with stakeholders, sponsors, and partners, leveraging Generative AI tools to streamline reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business/project management experience.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• 2+ years in operations/account management with direct client work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate cross-geography teams and report to cross-geo managers.
• A solution-oriented mindset and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Open to working across multiple time zones aligned to client/project hours.
• Generative AI fundamentals and its practical project planning applications.
• Prompt engineering proficiency for guiding AI outputs.

• transcend traditional road mapping by orchestrating human-AI collaboration to accelerate client implementations and internal digital transformations
• developing comprehensive project plans using standardized documentation (WBS, agendas, action trackers)
• engaging with key stakeholders and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring scope, cost, and timelines are met
• leading weekly syncs, tracking milestones, action items, and escalation points
• conducting deep-dive meetings with stakeholders, documenting actions, and creating timelines for resolution
• validating workflows and processes for new opportunities
• acting as the communication hub for project stakeholders, managing competing priorities and expectations
• collaborating with internal and external teams across multiple geographies, driving process improvements, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong relationships with global partners

Requirements

• Openness to working in multiple time zones, usually aligning with client or project team’s working hours
• Generative AI Fundamentals: Demonstrated understanding of core generative AI principles and their practical application in project planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Prompt Engineering Proficiency: Proven ability to craft clear, specific, and effective prompts to guide AI tools in generating accurate and useful outputs, such as drafting summaries, creating content, or refining ideas
• AI Curation & Governance: A critical understanding of AI limitations and a commitment to curating, validating, and iterating on AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals
