Contract Management: Oversee contract development, negotiation, review, and execution.
Risk Management: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports, financial forecasts, and risk assessments.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures.
Brand Positioning: Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.
Team Development: Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
