JOB BRIEF:

The key responsibility of the PM is to work closely with the Program Manager/Director on assigned projects, owning end-to-end project management. PMs exemplify our core behaviors and create an environment for a successful team. This is an individual contributor role, more of a Business PM, who works with senior leadership to identify and execute enterprise-level initiatives & projects. Responsibilities include driving the end-to-end execution of problem statements, data analysis, interpretation, solutioning, stakeholder coordination, presentation preparations, Excel-based analysis to identify cost savings, and working with clients for approvals and implementation of problem statements that are converted into enterprise-level projects.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategically align business vision and objectives with projects initiated across departments.
• Manage the project/program governance framework.
• Prepare and present progress, issues, and budgets to the Steering Committee.
• Facilitate seamless communication flow for smooth project execution at all levels.
• Manage cross-functional teams of resources.
• Use reason and logic in decision-making.
• Continuously seek improvements in methods, systems, processes, and structures.
• Identify and eliminate redundant steps to incorporate best practices.

Job Role: Project Manager (US Healthcare - Mandatory)

Experience: 12-18 Years (preferably candidates with a 15-day notice period)

Locations: Chennai / Hyderabad

Work Shift: 3 PM - 12 AM
