Job summary

GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra in Hyderabad is seeking a Civil Construction Manager to lead end-to-end execution of high-rise luxury residential projects. • Ensure construction quality complies with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and execution against approved timelines
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Control construction costs, minimize wastage, and ensure efficient resource utilization
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and site quality procedures
• Review drawings, resolve site execution issues, and implement corrective actions
• Prepare progress reports, manage contractor performance, and ensure timely project handover
