Job summary

Incuspaze Solutions is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead commercial interior fit-out and workspace projects. You will drive planning, site execution, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in interior fit-outs, solid understanding of construction methodologies, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil/Architecture/Interior Design or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management for commercial interiors or fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD and project management tools.
• Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out and workspace projects.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor timelines, and ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and budgets while ensuring adherence to approved plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to track execution, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
• Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Prepare periodic project status reports and provide updates to management.
• Support project handover, snag closure, and final documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in coworking, managed offices, commercial real estate, or interior fit-out projects.


• Knowledge of project scheduling and budgeting.


• Familiarity with project management methodologies is an added advantage.
