Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and organized individual to join our team as a Software Project Manager, with a strong focus on client and account management. This role primarily involves managing client accounts end-to-end—from onboarding and kick-off, through customer discovery, project delivery, and post-delivery support and relationship management.

You will act as the primary point of contact for our product's customers, ensuring their needs are understood, communicated, and met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, client engagement abilities, and a proven capability to work in cross-functional collaboration with other product managers, the product owner, design teams, and developers to drive project success and client satisfaction.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our AI-based solutions (AI Agents) for enterprise clients, so curiosity and a willingness to learn will be key. Join our team and be part of building the future.

Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Discovery

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients from the outset, managing accounts and establishing strong, trust-based relationships.
• Lead kick-off meetings and onboarding sessions, ensuring clients are aligned on project goals & KPIs, timelines/roadmap.
• Conduct customer discovery through interviews, feedback sessions, and contextual research to identify pain points, goals, and use cases.

Project Delivery & Execution

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams—including product managers, product owner, design, development, and QA to relay client feedback, define priorities, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
• Oversee the execution and delivery of client-related projects, coordinating with other project managers and the testing/QA team to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Ensure that all deliverables are clearly communicated and align with client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, and timelines
• Conduct product training workshops for clients, ensuring users are confident and capable of using the product effectively
• Prepare and maintain user manuals, training materials, and onboarding documentation to support client adoption and internal consistency.

Ongoing Client Relationship Management

• Lead regular client check-ins, such as weekly or monthly calls, to share progress updates, gather feedback, and align on next steps.
• Provide transparent and proactive updates on project status, timelines, and any changes to scope or priorities.
• Manage post-delivery engagement, supporting clients with ongoing questions, feedback integration, and relationship nurturing to drive satisfaction and long-term success.

Must Haves

• Exceptional communication and client management skills – You should be someone who naturally builds rapport, earns trust, and keeps communication clear, consistent, and empathetic. This is a must-must-have.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills, especially in preparing product requirements, user manuals etc..
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in project/product management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, LLMs (ChatGPT) etc.
• Basic technical understanding of software applications. Familiarity or a strong interest in AI/LLM-based products will be a significant advantage.
• Experience conducting client discovery sessions, gathering and documenting requirements will be a plus.
• Thrives in dynamic and fast-changing environments – Able to maintain clarity and momentum amid evolving requirements or shifting priorities, and proactively bring structure to ambiguity.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, product owners, design, and engineering teams to drive alignment and execution.
