Techdome is seeking a Product Manager for AI & Software Delivery in Hyderabad to own projects from scoping to launch. You will work across teams delivering traditional software and LLM-powered products, chatbots, and automation.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, experience with Agile/Waterfall, and a solid technical background to guide AI initiatives and manage risks while ensuring business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager on software or technology projects, with a track record of delivering complex work on time and on budget.
• Solid experience leading cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, DevOps) and understanding how each function operates.
• Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall, plus tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong technical grounding in SDLC, system architecture (APIs, microservices, databases), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD, to join technical debates with confidence.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI projects (data, model evaluation, deployment, monitoring) and its risks (privacy, bias, hallucinations, cost).
• Experience in multiple domains (FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, EdTech, Logistics, SaaS) and ability to learn new domains quickly.
• Strong risk management, change management, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.

The Opportunity

We need a Product Manager who is as comfortable in an architecture review as in a client steering meeting. You will own projects from the first scoping conversation through to launch, keeping them on schedule, within budget, and tied to real business outcomes. You'll work with teams building traditional software as well as LLM-powered products, chatbots, AI agents, and automation.

What You'll Do

• Shape the plan: Work with stakeholders to set scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and budgets that are technically realistic and aligned with business priorities.
• Keep teams moving together: Coordinate UI/UX, frontend, backend, mobile, QA, DevOps, and business analysis so handoffs are clean and nobody is blocked.
• Deliver AI/ML projects: Guide LLM integrations, chatbots, AI agents, and automation initiatives from idea to production, partnering closely with engineers, data scientists, and ML specialists.
• Learn each client's world fast: Absorb a client's industry and turn its domain rules and compliance needs into clear, buildable requirements.
• Manage people and partners: Allocate internal resources, and handle third-party vendors, including contracts, expectations, and performance.
• Control change and risk: Run disciplined change control over scope, schedule, and cost, and spot technical, delivery, and AI-specific risks early enough to act on them.
• Report with clarity: Track progress in JIRA or Azure DevOps and give management and clients honest, regular status updates.
• Be a trusted partner to clients: Build lasting relationships through open, proactive communication.
• Document and automate: Keep project records complete and easy to find, and use AI tools to speed up planning and reporting.

What You Bring

• 3+ years as a Product Manager on software or technology projects, with a track record of delivering complex work on time and on budget.

• Experience in more than one domain, such as FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, EdTech, Logistics, or SaaS, and the ability to pick up new domains and their compliance standards quickly.
• Strong risk management, change management, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO, or an AI or cloud credential.
• Deep expertise in at least one industry domain.
