Job summary

Yotta Infrastructure is seeking an IT Project Manager (Data Center) to lead complex Data Center projects. The role requires 12–15 years of experience in project management, with strong cloud, networking, and security knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will manage project scopes, create detailed plans, and track progress while coordinating with stakeholders and clients. ITIL and PMP certifications are preferred for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Between 12 to 15 years of overall experience in IT/project management.
• Experience in Data Center Projects or Managed IT Services.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts (Windows, Unix), networking, storage and security.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Crucial leadership and conflict management capabilities.
• Ability to translate technical needs into business terms and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

IT Project Manager (Data Center)

Total /Relevant Experience

• Between 12 to 15 years

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in the context of projects.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed Project Plan to Track progress and enable resource availability and allocation.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in Project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure Project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage an effective relationship with the client.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with clients.
• Follow & commit with Yottas Policy statements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM / BCMS / EnMS etc.)
• Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time.
• Understand the organization’s expectations towards all management systems the company is certified for.
• Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute in achieving departmental & management system objectives.
• Adhere to confidentiality policy to safeguard sensitive company information, maintain trust with clients and partners, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Perform their duties in the event of emergency as per roles in ERP/BCMS plan.
• Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle
