Ethics Infotech in India is seeking a project management professional to support IT/software delivery. You will assist in defining scope, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

The role involves tracking progress, managing risks, and maintaining documentation across development and testing teams, with a focus on delivering within time and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Management, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• 2+ years of experience in project management or IT/software execution support.
• Assist in setting project goals, defining scope, and drafting practical plans to meet objectives.
• Track timeframes, task completion, budget estimates, and update progress reports under senior guidance.
• Assist in resource allocation and tracking for projects, including team bandwidth and infrastructure.
• Coordinate team members, schedule meetings, and document responsibilities and action items.
• Support IT delivery strategies to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Use project tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project) to track performance, status, and schedules.
• Assist in risk assessments and maintain risk/issue logs for active projects.
• Organize stand-ups, minutes (MoMs), and follow up on pending tasks.
• Define project scope boundaries, deliverables, and what's included/excluded.
• Help identify resource needs and facilitate communication across departments.
• Coordinate team efforts, follow up on tasks, and keep members aligned.
• Update project schedules and timelines, ensuring ongoing documentation.
• Support change management when scope/timelines shift and aid QA for deliverables.
• Document progress from start to finish and evaluate outcomes across stages.
• Manage day-to-day coordination of development and testing teams.
• Foster a positive, organized environment for effective collaboration.
• Explain team workflows and processes for Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.

Skills

• A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), introductory Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent project management training is preferred.

Role & Responsibilities

• 2+ years of experience in project management, or IT/software execution support.
• Assisting in setting project goals, defining project scope, and coming up with practical plans to meet those objectives.
• Tracking project timeframes, task completion, budget estimates, and updating progress reports under senior guidance.
• Assisting in resource allocation and tracking for projects, including team bandwidth and technical infrastructure.
• Coordinating project team members, scheduling meetings, and documenting individual responsibilities and action items.
• Supporting the implementation of IT delivery strategies to keep projects on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Utilizing project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) to track project performance, task status, and schedule adherence.
• Assisting in conducting risk assessments and maintaining risk and issue logs for active projects.
• Organizing regular stand-ups, progress meetings, taking detailed minutes of meetings (MoMs), and following up on pending tasks.
• Assisting in defining project scope boundaries, documenting deliverables, and identifying what is included or excluded from project work.
• Helping identify project resource needs and facilitating smooth communication across internal departments.
• Coordinating team efforts, following up on task assignments, helping keep key team members aligned and motivated.
• Updating project schedules and timelines, ensuring project progress is continuously documented and reported.
• Supporting change management processes when project scope or timelines shift, and aiding in quality assurance for project deliverables.
• Documenting project progress from start to finish and assisting in evaluating outcomes across project stages.
• Managing day-to-day coordination activities of the development and testing teams.
• Facilitating a positive and organized working environment that inspires effective team collaboration.
• Helping explain team workflows and operational processes for teams practicing Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.

Requirements

• Any relevant project management-related experience.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including high attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with project tracking software.
