Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience as a project manager or Senior PM in IT Infra, PMC, or MEP.
• Experience leading teams of PMs or Tech exceeding 50 professionals.
• Certification in BICSI, AVIXA, or PMI preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead a team of experienced PMs/APMs, Senior Engineers, and Tech in Pune region.
2. Manage, supervise, and monitor 5-10 projects at a time in Maharashtra region with support from Help-desks and Service Coordinators.
3. Projects include Data Centers and large campuses—Green field and Brown Fields.
4. Ensure daily/weekly progress updates, MIS reports to internal and external stakeholders.
5. Monitor and manage OEM/Consultants’ site audits and customer UAT processes.
6. Physically meet global customers, consultants, PMCs at sites across India and build long‑term relationships.
7. Travel 10-12 days monthly on average across India and more depending on customer exigencies and deadlines.
8. Build lasting relationships with key OEMs and tech leadership teams in India and overseas.
9. Be aware of HSE processes, Green Building norms, and sustainability programs.
10. Have strong knowledge of planning ahead, crisis management, and anticipate needs proactively before they become critical.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Full‑time Engineering in Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or MBA.
• Experience: Worked as a project manager or Senior PM in a reputed IT Infra, PMC, or MEP company, leading a team of PMs or Tech exceeding 50 professionals across multiple locations for at least 10-15 years.
• Certification: Industry certifications such as BICSI, AVIXA, or PMI preferred.
• Software: Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and strong Excel skills.
• Team Management: Proven track record of leading large tech teams and handling global MNC customer projects with 3‑month to 12‑month project lifecycles.
