SkillUp Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-quality learning and content programs in a fast-moving EdTech environment.

You will coordinate Instructional Design, Content, Multimedia, Technology, QA, SMEs, and client teams to turn complex requirements into predictable delivery, owning projects through planning, production, reviews, and final delivery.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of project management experience in eLearning, EdTech, digital content, or technology.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders on complex projects.
• Strong understanding of learning/content development workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of eLearning, digital learning, and content development projects.
• Translate requirements into project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, and delivery timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Instructional Design, Content, Multimedia, Technology, QA, and SMEs.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, expectations, and outcomes.
• Track project health and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Identify delivery challenges early and drive decisions and solutions.
• Manage allocated resources and competing priorities to maintain momentum.
• Build effective review and quality processes that minimize rework and keep projects on track.
• Monitor project effort, budgets, and commercial commitments where applicable.
• Contribute to estimation, proposals, SOWs, project transitions, and new ways of working.
• Continuously improve project workflows, tools, and delivery practices.

SkillUp Technologies is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality learning and content programs across a fast-moving EdTech environment.

You’ll bring together Instructional Design, Content, Multimedia, Technology, QA, SMEs, and client teams to turn complex requirements into well-planned, predictable delivery. You’ll own projects end to end, from planning and resourcing through production, reviews, and final delivery.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, the ability to manage ambiguity and complexity, proactive problem-solving, and effective oversight of project delivery and stakeholder alignment.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end delivery of eLearning, digital learning, and content development projects.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of project management experience in eLearning, EdTech, digital content, media, or technology.
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of learning/content development and production workflows.
• Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with both delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
• A structured, proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and bring clarity to ambiguous or fast-changing situations.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery approaches.
• Familiarity with modern project management and collaboration tools.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with multiple SMEs, vendors, and distributed teams.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning technologies.
• Experience working with AI/GenAI-enabled content development or production workflows.
