The Senior Project Manager - eLearning Development is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of eLearning projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality excellence, client satisfaction, and profitability. The role involves managing cross-functional teams including instructional designers, developers, graphic designers, localization specialists, voice-over teams, and QA resources. The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, driving project success from initiation through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end eLearning development projects from project kickoff through final delivery
• Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, and delivery plans
• Coordinate with clients, instructional designers, graphic designers, Storyline developers, multimedia specialists, localization teams, and QA resources
• Monitor project schedules and proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Conduct project planning meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships
• Review project deliverables and ensure compliance with client requirements and instructional design standards
• Track project profitability, resource utilization, and operational efficiency
• Handle change requests, scope modifications, and project escalations
• Support business development teams during solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal preparation
• Implement and improve project management processes, workflows, and best practices
• Mentor junior project managers and project coordinators
• Generate project reports, performance metrics, and executive summaries for leadership

Required Skills
