Crysta IVF is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee operational projects, expansion initiatives, and service delivery across our fertility clinics. You will bridge clinical operations, patient experience, vendor management, and technology adoption to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with fertility healthcare standards.

The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of project management in healthcare, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PM for new IVF centers, upgrades, equipment procurement and software/digital transformation (EMR/HIS).
• Develop project plans, scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clinicians, IT, finance, marketing, and vendors.
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and standardized processes across clinics.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager IVF to oversee operational projects, expansion initiatives, and service delivery across our fertility clinics. This role will bridge clinical operations, patient experience, vendor management, and technology adoption to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with fertility healthcare compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
  
  • Lead end-to-end management of projects such as new IVF center launches, clinic upgrades, equipment procurement, and software/digital transformation initiatives (EMR/HIS integration).
  • Develop detailed project plans, scope documentation, timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
• Operations & Stakeholder Management:
  
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Senior Gynecologists, Embryologists, Clinical Staff, Marketing, IT, and Finance.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for external vendors, equipment suppliers, regulatory bodies, and contractors.
• Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance:
  
  • Ensure all operational projects comply with healthcare regulations, ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) guidelines, and clinical safety standards.
  • Standardize processes across clinics to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical throughput.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving:
  
  • Identify potential bottlenecks, technical risks, or resource constraints early and implement effective mitigation plans.
  • Track project KPIs, report progress regularly to management, and drive continuous operational improvements.

• Experience: 36 years of project management experience within healthcare, hospitals, diagnostic chains, or specialized fertility/IVF networks.
