Job summary

Biz2X in India (Uttar Pradesh, Dadri region) seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise lending platform implementations for banks and NBFCs. You will coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure timely delivery aligned with customer objectives and business outcomes.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance while coaching delivery teams and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to drive

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle delivery of Biz2X SaaS lending implementations across large-scale financial institutions.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance frameworks.
• Run project governance structures—Steering Committees, status reviews, and stakeholder updates.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams of 15+ members including BAs, Solution Architects, Engineers, and QAs.
• Align delivery efforts with contractual obligations, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
• Track delivery KPIs and report progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Coach and mentor delivery team members to uphold best practices and excellence.
• Oversee third-party vendors involved in project execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives—methodologies, frameworks, and playbooks.
