Job summary

Proso.ai is seeking an experienced Project Manager in India to bridge technical teams and clients, drive discussions, and ensure successful project delivery. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and own delivery outcomes, including risk mitigation and governance processes.

The role requires strong communication, client interaction, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with confidence and ownership, particularly in Azure and Dynamics environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in IT / technology consulting or digital transformation projects.
• Hands-on project management experience involving Microsoft Azure and Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of technology projects and the ability to work effectively with technical teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client interaction and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of confidence and professionalism while interacting with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated maturity and ability to handle challenging situations and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead client discussions, requirement discussions, status meetings, and project reviews with confidence.
• Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Identify potential project risks and proactively drive mitigation plans.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear and timely communication.
• Work closely with teams working on Microsoft Azure and Dynamics platforms.
• Translate client requirements into actionable plans for technical teams.
• Conduct regular project status reviews and provide clear updates to leadership and clients.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance processes are maintained.
