Job summary

Enveu is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive execution of SaaS, OTT, and enterprise web/mobile projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple customers.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of software project management experience, strong Agile knowledge, and hands-on use of Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering Web, Mobile, SaaS, or Enterprise applications.
• Excellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, deployment, and closure.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings, sprint planning, status meetings, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Track project progress using Agile methodologies and ensure sprint commitments are met.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively and drive timely resolutions.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource utilization while ensuring delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Product teams to prioritize requirements and manage changing business needs.
• Maintain project documentation including BRDs, SOWs, release notes, meeting minutes, RAID logs, and reports.
• Support UAT planning, production releases, go-live activities, and customer onboarding.
• Coordinate change requests, scope management, and impact assessments.
• Ensure adherence to Enveu's project management standards and delivery processes.
• Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to improve execution and team efficiency.
• Prepare regular status reports and executive dashboards for leadership and customers.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with 4–5 years of experience in software project management. The ideal candidate should have experience managing SaaS, OTT, or enterprise web/mobile application projects from initiation through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience managing software development projects.
• Strong experience delivering Web, Mobile, SaaS, or Enterprise application projects.
• Excellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing OTT, MediaTech, Video Streaming, or SaaS products.
• Understanding of APIs, REST services, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CDN, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with web and mobile technologies such as Angular, React, Android, iOS, and Smart TV platforms.
• Experience with release planning, deployment coordination, and production support.
• Exposure to contract management, change requests (CR), and commercial project delivery.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM), PMP, or Agile certification is a plus.
