Job summary

Cibirix in Indore invites an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end product development across web, mobile, and platform technologies.

You will align roadmaps with Product Managers, own schedules, risks, and resources, and facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps; you will drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of product development projects across web, mobile, and platform technologies.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate roadmaps into actionable plans and milestones.
• Own project schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track progress using metrics like velocity, burndown, and release readiness.
• Identify and manage project risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
• Coordinate with Development, UX/UI, QA, and Support teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and team collaboration.
• Support post-release activities, monitoring, issue resolution, and enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular progress reports.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT product-based or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and product development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with project and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
