Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Infosys Equinox initiatives.
• Lead proposal generation and estimations, coordinating with stakeholders to win deals.
• Plan project scope, develop plans, schedules, and baselines to ensure timely completion.
• Review estimates with stakeholders to align budgets and resources.
• Prepare resource plans and coordinate with groups to fulfill project needs.
• Develop detailed project schedules and manage changes to ensure on-time delivery.
• Define quality goals, ensure adherence to quality mandates, and coordinate training and reviews.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; manage issues across technical and non-technical domains.

A day in the life of an Infosys Equinox employee:

• As part of the Infosys Equinox team, your primary role would be to ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities, to assure that our clients are satisfied with the high levels of service in the technology domain. Area of Responsibility: Project Manager should take end to end bottom line responsibility for a project right from proposal to project completion, build the project team, schedule assignments, monitor, review and report project status, manage project risks, ensure successful delivery and implementation, take complete ownership of people and their performance management in the project with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients within their domain, service and technology area within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company.
• Proposals - Lead the proposal generation, prepare and review estimations, capture input from stakeholders, liaison for required approvals to ensure winning the deal
• Project Scoping & Planning - Manages project scope and baseline to ensure delivery is compliant. Develops project plan, schedule, agreement and proposal to ensure timely completion of projects, within budget
• Estimation - Review the estimates in line with the organization goals and communicate with all the stakeholders to plan for the required budget and resources that enable us to successfully execute the project
• Resource Planning - Prepare Resource Plan including people, space, infrastructure and liaison with required groups to fulfill the project resource requirements.
• Scheduling - Prepare a detailed project schedule, baseline the same, manage any changes to ensure delivery of the project on time
• Quality Planning - Identify the quality goals and processes, comply with internal quality mandate, plan for training the team, develop and execute project plan, quality reviews and provide recommendations.
• Risk Planning - Create a risk management plan, clearly identifying the risks and mitigation plan, solves project issues and risks (technical and non-technical) through identification, evaluation, tracking, communication and mediation.
