Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering is required.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum project management is expected.

A day in the life of an Infosys Equinox employee:

• As part of the Infosys Equinox team, your primary role would be to ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities, to assure that our clients are satisfied with the high levels of service in the technology domain. Area of Responsibility:Project Manager should take end to end bottom line responsibility for a project right from proposalto project completion, build the project team, schedule assignments, monitor, review and reportproject status, manage project risks, ensure successful delivery and implementation, takecomplete ownership of people and their performance management in the project with the objectiveof ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients within their domain, service andtechnology area within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company.
• Proposals - Lead the proposal generation, prepare and review estimations, capture inputfrom stakeholders, liaison for required approvals to ensure winning the deal
• Project Scoping & Planning - Manages project scope and baseline to ensure delivery iscompliant. Develops project plan, schedule, agreement and proposal to ensure timely completionof projects, within budget
• Estimation - Review the estimates in line with the organization goals and communicate withall the stakeholders to plan for the required budget and resources that enable us to successfullyexecute the project
• Resource Planning - Prepare Resource Plan including people, space, infrastructure andliaison with required groups to fulfill the project resource requirements.
• Scheduling - Prepare a detailed project schedule, baseline the same, manage any changesto ensure delivery of the project on time
• Quality Planning - Identify the quality goals and processes, comply with internal qualitymandate, plan for training the team, develop and execute project plan, quality reviews and providerecommendations.
• Risk Planning - Create a risk management plan, clearly identifying the risks and mitigationplan, solves project issues and risks (technical and non-technical) through identification,evaluation, tracking, communication and mediation.
