Job summary

Infosys Equinox is hiring a Senior Consultant to lead design, development, validation and support across microservices-based e-commerce platforms. You will translate client requirements into system specs, assist in project estimation, and contribute to scalable, reliable software solutions.

You will drive efficient programs and collaborate with teams to navigate digital transformation journeys, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction across omnichannel experiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design.
• Experience with Node.js, Java and front-end (React).
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the issue identified and gather context.
• Check logs and debug issues to identify root cause.
• Troubleshoot and triage issues for faster resolution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution and updates.
• Ensure service restoration or provide remedial actions.
• Open bridge calls for major incidents (P1).
• Track issues until closure and verify fixes.
