Job summary

JRM Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery across multiple sites in Chennai. You will manage schedule, budget, quality, and client outcomes, leading Project Incharges and site teams while controlling costs and cash flow.

This is a senior ownership role with full P&L responsibility; experience delivering residential/commercial projects is essential. Based in Chennai, you will ensure safety, compliance, and quality across sites, coordinate with vendors, and report

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 6–10 years in construction with 3+ years managing full project delivery.
• Proven track record delivering residential/commercial projects on schedule and budget.
• Strong command of project scheduling, BOQ, cost control, and vendor negotiation.
• Proficient in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and Excel-based cost tracking.
• Experience leading multi-level site teams.
• Chennai-based; fluent Tamil and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Incharges, site engineers, and supporting teams.
• Control project cost, cash flow, and material/vendor spend.
• Manage client relationships and serve as senior escalation point.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractors and key vendors.
• Review DPRs, resolve site bottlenecks, and drive progress to plan.
• Ensure statutory compliance, safety, and quality across all sites.
• Report project health, risks, and financials to management.

The Project Manager owns delivery across one or more JRM sites — accountable for schedule, budget, quality, and client outcomes end to end. You'll lead Project Incharges and site teams, control project cost and cash flow, manage client and vendor relationships, and ensure every build meets JRM's premium standard. This is a senior ownership role for someone who has already run projects independently and can now carry full P&L and delivery responsibility. This is an experienced hire — not a trainee position.
