S?cheron Hasler Group in Bangalore seeks a Project Manager for Traction Power Systems to drive realisation of customer projects and lead cross-functional teams across electrical engineering activities.

You will organise tasks, monitor contracts, ensure material delivery on time, and communicate with international clients, especially Europe, to ensure quality, cost control and timely performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical systems.
• 3 years PM experience in electrical field preferred; traction power background.

Responsabilités

• Realisation of customer projects for traction substation activity.
• Organise and manage all project tasks including team project follow up.
• Ensure material delivery in accordance with customer contracts (quality, cost, delay, performance).
• Maintain constant communication with clients during the project.

Requirements

Responsible for the realisation of customers projects for our traction substation activity. Organise and manage all the tasks related to the project including team project follow up. Ensure material delivery in accordance with the customer contract (quality, cost, delay and performance). Accountable for constant communication with your client during the project. 3 years successful experience as project manager in electrical field (power distribution, renewable energy, electrical equipment, electrical machine, railway, traction power, etc.) (preferred). Railway or traction power experience a plus.

Qualification and Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical systems, with a strong background in electrical engineering.

Skills

• Ability to be a team leader as well as a team player
• Contract management, understanding of legal terms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills: ability to work independently and as part of a team, interacting with international colleagues (mainly Europe).
• Knowledge and proficiency in ERP tools (Oracle is a plus).
• Capacity to adapt to customer?s agendas
