Alstom in Bengaluru is seeking a full-time RSC Product Manager (Loco Platform) to lead product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for smarter mobility solutions. You will shape product directions in alignment with customer needs and drive value across markets.
You will collaborate with Program Managers, Technical Managers, Tender Leaders, and Domain Directors to execute strategies, manage documentation, and ensure QCD while supporting pre-tendering, tender, and project execution phases.

You’ll play a crucial role in shaping our product strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs, and driving the development and lifecycle management of our products. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Program Managers, Technical Managers, Tender Leaders, and Domain Directors, to ensure the successful execution of product strategies, manage product documentation, and oversee the product lifecycle. You’ll also support customer demonstrations, pre‑tendering activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take ownership of developing and maintaining the product roadmap and ensuring the quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) of your product, but also support the project team during execution and manage global product documentation and training materials.
