Technical Project Manager:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage and provide reporting on the various projects and other activities within the SWE organisation.

In this role you will have significant exposure to and engagement with the broader WDTS global business.

Specifically, an individual in this role will:

• Assist in the design and implementation of the Project Administration function within WDTS.
• Assist with ongoing development and improvement of project governance, management processes, tools and templates.
• Rollout, update, train and support project participants with adoption of project processes.
• Assist the Management Team with prioritisation and assignment of work between project teams and with other business teams.
• Drive regular and effective communications with the Project Team, to Stakeholders and to the broader business about project activities, issues and risks.
• Proactively escalate any potential change to the project timeline.
• Hands-on involvement with project related PMO documentation and communication.
• Capture and update project activities, milestones and tasks and change management system.
• Assist the Management Team in ensuring agreed processes are followed.

Requirements:

• 12–14 years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years in technical project management roles focused on software development methodologies, Agile/Scrum delivery, and engineering team collaboration.
• Resourceful – demonstrated problem management capability.
• Willingness to travel internationally and adjust working hours as needed to support global teams and onsite project requirements.
• Tertiary education in a business or technical discipline.
• Process improvement skills.
• Work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary
• Ability to multi-task, work independently with minimum supervision and demonstrate keen attention to details
• Experience with Smartsheet a plus.
• A self-starter/team player who is excited to work in a fast-paced environment
