We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – IT to lead and manage critical IT initiatives based out of our Ghansoli/Mahape offices. This role will oversee multiple end-to-end technology projects involving application development, infrastructure modernization, and business process automation—ensuring on-time delivery, quality outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end delivery for client projects.
• Lead the execution of IT projects across various domains—applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• Define project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Engage with internal teams, vendors, and internal & external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Manage budgets, resources, risks, and change requests effectively.
• Track and report project progress using dashboards and status updates for senior leadership.
• Ensure adherence to CMS Info Systems’ governance, IT compliance, and security frameworks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project deliverables and resolve dependencies.
• Conduct project reviews and ensure continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements:
