We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Projects Manager to drive business growth in the plumbing and industrial products segment. The role focuses on promoting our MTPL range of products and services across residential, commercial, and industrial infrastructure projects, as well as with OEMs. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships in the industry and the ability to influence key decision‑makers to generate business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Promote MTPL products and services to decision‑makers, including consultants, architects, builders, developers, project owners, and project heads.
• Engage with upcoming infrastructure projects such as corporate parks, malls, residential complexes, institutes, hotels, hospitals, airports, warehouses, restaurants, villas, and industries.
• Build and maintain strong networks with architects, builders, developers, consultants, contractors, and plumbers.
• Get MTPL products registered in projects and ensure proper visibility.
• Develop P&L budgets for projects, including revenue targets, costing, pricing, and commissions; negotiate fees where appropriate.
• Assess project risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure timely billing and collection of payments in line with MTPL norms.
• Focus on business growth and achieving year‑on‑year revenue targets.
