Job summary

HCLTech in Bengaluru is seeking a Project Manager with 5-10 years of PM experience. You will drive project delivery, oversee Agile ceremonies, and coordinate with customers, product owners, engineering teams, and leadership stakeholders.

The role requires expertise in Agile/Scrum, SDLC understanding, risk management, and proficiency in managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality across domains.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of project management principles.
• Proficient in Agile framework and Scrum.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in any domain.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery.
• Experience in stakeholder management, project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Understanding of SDLC and quality processes.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks.
• Capable of driving Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, execution tracking, and release management.
• Effective coordination with customers, product owners, engineering teams, and leadership stakeholders.
• Monitor project metrics and ensure timely mitigation of risks.
