Job summary

Vontier in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple R&D initiatives, track timelines, risks, and dependencies, and drive on-time delivery.

You will facilitate cross-functional meetings with R&D Leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders, and maintain dashboards in Jira, Excel, Power BI to provide up-to-date project health and KPIs.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and Agile/Scrum skills with 5+ years in tech/R&D environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech/R&D environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)
• Proficiency with dashboards and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Looker)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-driven, structured, and dependable
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Nice to Have: Background or experience in software development or engineering environments
• Nice to Have: Experience working in or supporting SaaS companies
