Job summary

Zyeta, an integrated workplace design and build company, is seeking an experienced Manager – Project Management to lead the execution of corporate interior fit-out projects. You will drive planning, scheduling, and coordination across Civil, Interior, MEP, and ELV teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6+ years in corporate/commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of Civil, Interior and MEP project execution.
• Experience managing large commercial office fit-outs end-to-end.
• Solid skills in project planning, budgeting, scheduling and risk management.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, consultants and clients.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving.
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate Civil, Interior, MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Fire, Plumbing, and ELV works.
• Monitor progress, budgets, quality, and timelines.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Lead and mentor Site Engineers and execution teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors and internal teams.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specs and docs before execution.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and updates.
• Ensure quality, safety and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and timely delivery.
• Support commercial management, change orders, cost control and profitability.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Project Management to lead the execution of corporate interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of corporate interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.

• Manage Civil, Interior, MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV coordination.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and timely project delivery.
• Support commercial management, change orders, cost control, and project profitability.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
