Role Overview
We are looking for a strong and experienced Project Manager to manage and drive project execution across a portfolio of internal and customer-facing initiatives. The role will involve end-to-end project planning, governance, execution tracking, stakeholder management, and coordination across multiple teams.
The Project Manager will primarily support internal projects and work closely with the existing PM on the Digital Twin project, with the opportunity to take on additional projects as the portfolio expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall project portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
- Drive project governance, including stage gates, project reviews, status reporting, and project documentation.
- Facilitate regular stand-ups, project meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, product, business, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate closely with the existing PM on the Digital Twin project and support other projects as they are initiated.
- Identify potential delivery risks proactively and drive mitigation plans.
- Ensure clear communication of project status, challenges, decisions, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Support project estimations, planning, resource allocation, and capacity discussions.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to agreed project processes and governance standards.
- Drive accountability across project teams and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve project execution, processes, and delivery efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Project Management, preferably managing multiple projects or a project portfolio.
- Excellent understanding of project planning, scheduling, estimation, execution, and governance.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Strong ownership and ability to drive execution independently.
- Experience working with engineering/technology teams in an Agile or hybrid project environment.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Quality / Quality Engineering domain is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working on software/technology projects, preferably involving complex engineering teams.
- Experience with digital transformation, industrial technology, Digital Twin, IoT, or similar technology initiatives would be an advantage.
