Job summary

Data Nova is seeking a proactive Project Manager with Business Analyst skills to bridge business needs and technical solutions while ensuring smooth project execution. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, create user stories and workflows, and drive project plans with cross-functional teams.

A strong emphasis on stakeholder management, risk tracking, and timely delivery in an Agile environment, with hands-on experience using Jira or Trello.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, or other PM tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
