Webito Infotech is seeking a Project Manager to lead software delivery. You will manage multiple projects, aligning scope, timelines and budgets with client expectations and guiding cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of project leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver on time and within budget using Agile/Scrum practices.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple software projects.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, UI/UX, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and mitigate roadblocks proactively.
• Act as primary client contact, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
• Conduct planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices and PM best practices.
• Track performance using Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
• Prepare documentation, progress reports, dashboards, and metrics.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager with 3–4 years of proven experience in managing software development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The candidate should have hands‑on experience managing Agile projects, working closely with development, QA, UI/UX, and business teams while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple software development projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers, QA engineers, designers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and roadblocks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Conduct project planning meetings, daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and status meetings.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices.
• Track project performance using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, dashboards, and project metrics.
• Coordinate change requests and manage project scope effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high‑quality standards and client expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT services or software development company.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Trello, or MS Project.
• Good understanding of software development technologies and workflows.
• Ability to analyze project metrics, manage budgets, and optimize resource utilization.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
• Experience working in SaaS, ERP, CRM, or enterprise software projects will be preferred.
