Job summary

SnapBizz Cloudtech in Bengaluru is seeking a Project Manager with 1–3 years of IT/software project experience to support planning, coordination, and delivery of software initiatives.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of software development and QA processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
• Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, product, and business teams.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and follow up on action items.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, documentation, and project trackers.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and expectations.
• Monitor scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.
• Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Help manage changes in requirements and project scope.
• Support resource planning and allocation as required.

• Strong project tracking and documentation skills.
• Good understanding of software development and QA processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.

Education
