Job summary

Aurora Talent is seeking a PMO Lead to bring structure, visibility and governance to a growing portfolio of development projects in Mumbai. You’ll be the central coordination point across multiple data center developments, working with Project Directors, Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery stays aligned, transparent and on track.

You’ll own the integrated portfolio schedule, implement governance frameworks, maintain risk registers, and build dashboards in Power BI

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in project or programme management within real estate development or related industry.
• Strong grounding in PMO governance, portfolio reporting and project controls.
• Familiarity with the full development lifecycle, from site acquisition through design, permitting, utilities and construction readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated portfolio schedule and track progress against milestones such as site readiness, permitting and design completion.
• Implement and maintain PMO governance frameworks, templates, stage-gate processes and reporting standards.
• Maintain portfolio-level risk and issue registers and identify systemic risks across projects.
• Build and run portfolio dashboards and performance metrics.
• Prepare consolidated reporting for senior leadership and support ExCom / Investment Committee updates.
• Coordinate development-stage consultants and drive cross-project collaboration and knowledge sharing.

We’re working with a fast-growing developer and operator of hyperscale data center campuses.

As demand for cloud and AI capacity accelerates, the business is expanding its India platform and is looking for a PMO Lead to bring structure, visibility and governance to a growing portfolio of development projects.

The role

Reporting to the Country Manager, you’ll be the central coordination point across multiple data center developments. You’ll work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers and functional teams across acquisition, design, utilities, finance and legal so that delivery is aligned, transparent and on track.

What you’ll do

• Own the integrated portfolio schedule and track progress against key milestones, including site readiness, permitting, utilities and design completion
• Implement and maintain PMO governance frameworks, templates, stage-gate processes and reporting standards
• Maintain portfolio-level risk and issue registers, and identify systemic risks across projects such as utilities, permitting, supply chain and regulatory issues
• Build and run portfolio dashboards and performance metrics
• Prepare consolidated reporting for senior leadership and support ExCom / Investment Committee updates
• Coordinate development-stage consultants and drive cross-project collaboration and knowledge sharing

What you’ll bring

• 5–8+ years in project or programme management within real estate development or a related industry
• Strong grounding in PMO governance, portfolio reporting and project controls
• Familiarity with the full development lifecycle, from site acquisition through design, permitting, utilities and construction readiness
• Hands-on experience with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Power BI or PMIS platforms
• A track record of coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing senior stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and reporting skills
