Job summary

Bondada Engineering is seeking a seasoned PMO professional to oversee solar projects in Hyderabad and Khavda. The role requires 6–12 years of project management experience with strong PMO, governance, and reporting skills.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop schedules and budgets, monitor progress, ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Controls, or related field.
• Experience in Renewable Energy / Solar Power / EPC / Infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure or solar power generation projects.
• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proven experience developing and implementing PMO processes and project governance systems.
• Strong proficiency in project planning, scheduling, MIS, reporting, and project monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage PMO activities for solar projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budget, quality, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders for effective planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource allocation plans, MIS, and project trackers.
• Monitor project progress against approved plans and highlight critical deviations, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish and strengthen PMO processes, reporting mechanisms, governance frameworks, and project controls.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory/regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Prepare periodic project reports and provide management with accurate project status and actionable insights.
