Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Certification in a recognized Project Management program.
• 5–10 years of experience, including 3+ years in automobile domain in engineering, project management or related functions.
• Hands on experience in implementing digital solutions using latest AI tools is desirable.
• Project Management skills with experience in Commercial vehicle or Automotive OEM is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process optimization.

• Ensure processes established are followed in business execution by conducting audits and/or joining established internal forums
