• External SOFTWARE SERVICE PROVIDERS & APPLICATION DEVELOPERS

Purpose of the Role

Design, Develop, test Digitalization ; Tracking, Governance of database ; & process automations for the Digital Manufacturing tools & Processes.

Key person as a Problem solver, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution using automation.

Discuss with various VPE teams and stakeholders to understand and document process requirements and Find the possibility of Automation to reduce NVA & improve Efficiency.

Reports to the IAP_AME Lead also work with Cognitive automation SPOC to develop the Functional requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop Process Automation, accurate databases, Tracking & dashboard with Power Apps & Power Automate.
• Connect with global counterparts to understand requirement for automation/ database creation and scope. Develop project timeline and touch point meetings until delivery - extend post delivery support and improvement projects.
• Strong Experience in Power Tools (Power BI, Power Flow, Power Apps, Sharepoint Creation & Customisation)
• Knowledge in Database like sharepoints, SQL, MS Access
• Experience in Data Management, Data Mining, required to seize opportunity to explore AI, machine learning and its real-world applications at scale.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document process requirements and flow.
• Analyse existing business processes and find opportunities for automation & Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather process details and define automation workflows.
• Conduct detailed testing of automation solutions to identify and resolve issues.
• Familiarity with code repositories and tracking systems such as Git, Confluence/SharePoint, JIRA/Rally for documentation, scripts, results, configuration, and supporting data.
• Must have strong scripting skills, algorithm writing, flow charts development and show a passion for automaton.
• Good Exposure with Microsoft Platform is Must (MS Office, O365, Power Tools, SharePoint)

Technical Skills

• Technical Hands on Experience in Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI.
• Good experience in languages such VBA, VB.Net ,Power platform.
• Knowledge in Web & App based application development.
• Familiarity with web technologies, BDD framework, Test Automation, API microservices is a plus.
• Ideal candidate would have experience working in an IT database system.
• Certification in cloud platform is Plus (AWS/Azure).
• Experienced with SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI is a Plus.
