Job summary

Sigma Allied Services in India seeks a Manager - Process Transformation with deep expertise in process modelling and process mining. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders on complex transformation programs, including automotive clients, suppliers, and dealers.

The role requires 12–15 years of hands-on experience, leadership in client engagements, and comfort with onsite/offshore/hybrid delivery across geographies. MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Job Title: Manager - Process Transformation

Must have skills:

• Delivery of Process transformation programs for large and complex platform transformation across industry domains (Including but not limited to Purchase, MM, PP, EWM, Forecasting,
• End-to-end process modelling for platform transformation programs
• Strong cross-functional understanding
• Stakeholder management and team leadership skills

Good to have skills:

• Automotive industry experience (OEMs, dealers, distributors, Tier 1/2 suppliers)
• Exposure to Finance modules, CRM

Experience:

12 to 15 years of hands-on end-to-end process transformation experience including process modelling and process mining. Automotive domain experience preferred.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Process Manager with deep expertise in process modeling and process mining. The role requires the candidate to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in complex transformation programs. Prior experience working with automotive clients, including Auto OEMs, suppliers, and dealers/distributors is highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Pursue business development, deal solutioning and delivery process transformation programs preferably for Automotive and Automotive suppliers
• Comfortable interacting with clients and flexible adapting to changes
• Lead delivery of end-to-end Process transformation engagements for large and complex programs
• Hands-on experience in consulting clients, Automotive preferably, with process management and intelligence applications such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, MAVIM Manager, UiPath, Palantir and conversant with BPMN 2.0 compliance
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders for large and complex digital transformation programs across all stages of the PDLC and covering multiple tracks/workstreams
• Manage the client relationship to ensure timely approvals and sign-offs by maintaining quality and timelines of the client commitments/ deliverables
• Manage process transformation, mining and automation offerings with AI driven enhancements
• Mentor fellow team members with key insights about automotive processes and upgrading process transformation offerings with evolving technologies, including AI/GenAI/AgenticAI
• Experience with leadership/ Steerco presentations within appropriate timelines, and client commitments/delivery
• Should be open to travel and working in onsite/ offshore/hybrid set up across geographies
• Keen learner in high performance environment

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience in process modelling in process management applications such as MAVIM, SAP Signavio
• Hands-on experience of process mining in intelligence applications such as SAP Signavio, Celonis
• Experience is program execution in DevOps applications such as JIRA, Azure DevOps
• Experience in working in Agile/Hybrid Agile delivery methodology
