Job summary

Tradeindia is seeking a Project Management Intern to support project tracking, coordination, and documentation, and to participate in day-to-day Agile project activities. The role involves maintaining and updating project activities in JIRA, tracking Epics, Stories, Tasks, Bugs, Story Points, and Sprint progress, and supporting all Scrum ceremonies.

The candidate should have a foundational understanding of Project Management, Scrum, and JIRA, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Project Management and Agile methodology.
• Familiar with Scrum ceremonies and sprint ceremonies.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Agile tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor project activities in JIRA.
• Assist with sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor epics, stories, tasks, bugs, and sprint progress.
• Prepare status updates and action items for meetings.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Management Intern to support project tracking, coordination, documentation,and day-to‑day Agile project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project activities in JIRA.
• Track Epics, Stories, Tasks, Bugs, Story Points, and Sprint progress.
• Support Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Track pending tasks, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Product, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project status updates, reports, and meeting action items.
• Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely updates in JIRA.
• Support Project Managers in day‑to‑day project coordination.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Project Management and Agile methodology.
• Good understanding of Scrum framework and Scrum ceremonies.
• Working knowledge of JIRA.
• Understanding of Sprints, Backlog, Story Points, Epics, Stories, Tasks, and Bugs.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Analytical and proactive approach.
