Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with the team.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate resources and align team to meet objectives.
• Track progress, monitor performance, and address issues.
• Communicate project status and potential roadblocks.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify improvements.
• Utilize PM tools such as Asana or Jira.
