• Coordinate with Formulation Development, Regulatory Affairs, QA, SCM, Packaging, and Production.
• Prepare project status reports and minutes of meeting.
• Update project management platforms (Parivartan/MSP) and trackers.
• Assist in budget preparation and documentation.

Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for energetic and career-oriented M. Pharm freshers to join our Project Management team for Global Markets. The candidate will assist in coordination, tracking, and execution of pharmaceutical development projects for Global markets. The role offers excellent exposure to R&D & Plant Coordination, Project planning, Procurement readiness and cross-functional collaboration within the pharmaceutical industry.

Additional notes:

• Support Project Managers in monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for Global Markets.
• Coordinate with Formulation Development, Analytical Development, Regulatory Affairs, QA, SCM, Packaging, and Production teams.
• Assist in tracking exhibit batches/commercial batches for stability studies submission timelines & development activities.
• Update project management platforms such as Parivartan/MSP and internal trackers.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, and MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
• Follow up with cross-functional teams for timely completion of assigned activities.
• Support dossier readiness and submission coordination Ex-US markets (Emerging and Regulated markets)
• Identify project delays and escalation concerns to the reporting manager.
• Maintain proper documentation and project records.
• Budget preparation & reconciliation for submission activities
